To login you will need two pieces of information:
1. Your customer number: This is a unique number given to each customer.
2. Your software serial number: This is unique to your software.
If you do not have your Customer Number you may use the Live Chat link
to the lower left. Our Support/Sales dept can assist you with this
information.
Your Serial Number can be found by opening SMS and (from the menu) choose Help
and then click about. Your Serial Number is located below the version
information.
